We aim to despatch within 5 working days, although there may be exceptions to this during UK national holidays. If an item is out of stock, we will contact you immediately to arrange an alternative date or a refund. Postage, packaging and handling is charged at or close to cost, and delivery may be by one of several agents, depending on the size of your order. Currently we use Royal Mail, Parcelforce and DHL. We regret that large orders cannot be shipped to the Scottish Highlands & Islands, or Northern Ireland. If you live in these areas, please phone us on 0844 826 0451 before placing an order.

Returning Items Shipping & Returns
We cannot accept returns due to the perishable nature of the goods. However, if an item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us via the web form. On authorisation, we will e-mail you a Returns Note detailing goods and terms of return.

  • With any return it is essential that the Returns Note is enclosed with the parcel and properly packed.
  • We will refund the full purchase price of the goods plus shipping and delivery costs on faulty items.
