Times Past Cheese Dairy are one of the only remaining cheese dairies in the Cheddar Valley who are still making unpasteurised, rinded, traditional Cheddar Cheese in the time honoured way, all the year round.

For fifteen years now, Stephen and Janice Webber have been crafting these handmade, artisan cheeses in Draycott Village (three miles out of Cheddar) and supplying them to cheese lovers around the world.

Their range includes mature Cheddar Cheeses in traditional truckle shape and traditional Red Leicester wheels. They take pride in the way they make their cheeses. From start to finish, they make sure that you get the best cheese.

Cheese as it should be: not processed, just high quality cheese, made by hand in the time honoured traditional fashion.
